VISHWASHANTI NIKETAN

We have created Group Home namely ‘Vishwashanti Niketan’ where in we are taking 24/7 care of Intellectually and developmentally disabled grown up adults. There are more than 54 of them residing there now. Total Capacity is 70 people, in these more than 15 well-wisher parents are reserved the place for their wards. This project was envisaged by the parents of Children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to take care of their worries as to who would look after them when they themselves are no more. This facility is one of the Pioneering Model in India. Many of the parents’

organisations in India have come to study our setup at Bangalore as a role model and are creating similar facilities in different States of India.

We are proud to share here that our organisation has been recognised as an ideal facility and the Government of India and Government of Karnataka have given us awards on various occasions to be on role model.
